Our equipment is used for vacuum sintering and aging treatment of various alloy materials, devices, hydrogen storage alloys, samarium cobalt magnetic materials, neodymium iron boron magnetic materials, active and refractory metals.
Features of single chamber vacuum sintering furnace:
This equipment is on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advantages of foreign equipment, and has undergone many improvements and upgrades. It adopts a unique internal (external) airflow circulation method and a large vacuum unit, with large pumping capacity, fast speed, and uniform cooling. , Good furnace temperature uniformity, uniform and controllable temperature, high vacuum and no leakage.
There are two ways of cooling: internal circulation (RVSX) and external circulation (RVS).
The control system is controlled by PLC, with precise control and high degree of automation. The intelligent temperature controller is used to control the temperature, which can realize automatic/manual non-disturbance switching and abnormal alarm function. The operation is simple, safe and reliable.
Precautions for operation of single-chamber vacuum sintering furnace:
1. Check the water source, power supply and two gas sources
2. Open the furnace door to feed materials
3. Close the furnace door and the exhaust valve to start rough pumping. When will the front valve be opened?
4. When the heating is over, the cooling light flashes to give an alarm, the alarm is released, and the process enters the cooling state (the upper and lower limits of the inflatable pressure gauge);
5. After the sintering is completed, stop the frequency conversion, press the stop frequency conversion switch, the inverter stops working, disconnect the intermediate frequency power supply switch and disconnect the main power switch
6. When it cools down to the furnace temperature, the fan stops running
